Ladakh – Fly in Fly out of Leh | 7 Nights
  • DAY 01 (July 10): ARRIVE LEH

    This would be one of the most sensational flights in the world. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the Nun Kun massif. Upon arrival you will met by our representative and transferred to Hotel. Complete day for rest and leisure to acclimatize. Overnight at Hotel
  • Day 2(11th July) – Sham Valley Excursion (75Km/ 3hrs)

    After breakfast you drive downstream along the River Indus on Leh – Kargil Highway. And start our sightseeing with Hall of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army) near Leh is worth a visit for every Indian, and proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, A drive of another 4 km took us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity & further Driving through a picturesque landscape we reached the Confluence Of The Indus And Zanskar River. After visiting above places we drive back to Leh enroute visiting Spituk Monastery, Built in 15th century during the reign of Grags ‘bum-lde, these new Gelug-pa monastery was built like fortress on the summit of crags. Evening at Leisure and Overnight at Hotel in Leh
  • Day 3(12th July)- Leh–Nubra Valley Via Khardung La (120 Kms /4–5 Hrs)

    Journey towards the ancient Silk Route via the highest motorable road on earth (Khardungla 18384 feet). Visit the famous Deskit Gompa of Nubra Valley. Walk on the sand dunes and ride the double humped camel (Bactrian camels brought to Ladakh by ancient Silk Route traders). Night Stay in Nubra.
  • DAY 04 (July 13): Nubra Valley – Leh (120 Kms / 4 – 5 Hrs)

    By late afternoon we come back to Leh and chill or roam around Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace & Leh Monastery.
  • DAY 05 (July 14)Hemis Festival:

    This year the Hemis Festival has a special significance. The 12 metre long tangkha embroidered in pearls and semi-precious stones, of Padmanasambhava will be displayed. We will leave early in the morning around 5am for Hemis Gompa to witness the ceremony of unfurling of the flag and the same will be rolled back around 10 am . The next exhibition of this thangka will happen again after 12 years. Later enjoy series of mask dances by the lamas, both young and old, The colourful masks and fine silk costumes worn by the dancers represent various guardian divinities of the Drugpa order to which Hemis belongs. The Masked Dance exemplifies good prevailing over evil. The music is characteristically marked with sounds of drums, trumpets and cymbals. Every colourful mask portrays a different figure in the legend. The dance depicts the magical feats of Padmasambhava in his eight manifestations to defeat the enemies of Buddhism. Rest of the day is at leisure on your own
  • DAY 06 (July 15)Pangong Lake

    Discover the myriad colours and shades of Pangong lake. Leave Leh in the morning, en route visiting Shey Palace, the ancient capital of Ladakh & 3idiots Rancho School. Reach Pangong by crossing the third highest motor able pass (Changla at 5486 mtrs) on earth. Spend good 3-4 hours by the great Pangong Tso(5-6kms wide & 134 km in length), 2/3rd of which lies inside the China border. Admire the quietude around the lake as we share memories of the past week. Overnight at Camps by the Pangong Lake.
  • DAY 07 (July 16): )- Pangong to Leh

    Wake up calls by the migratory birds this morning. Indulge in the walk beside the lake or go for a photography splurge. Later depart for Leh en route visit Thiksey , Thiksey an impressive complex rising tier upon tier on a hill above the village. Today, Further en-route to Leh, we have an RLT Special experience of tea at the house of a local Ladakhi at Stok village & admire the local architecture. Arrive at Leh in second half. Evening free. Overnight in Leh.
  • DAY 08 (July 17): Fly Out

    Tour concludes. Transfer to the airport to board your flight (@ 08:35)back home, with fond memories
Manali – Leh Road Trip | 10 Nights
  • DAY 01 (July 07): Depart from Delhi

    Leave your work and worries behind as you start your Delhi to leh by road holiday when boarding a comfortable AC Volvo at 5:30 pm (from Connaught Place in Delhi)

  • DAY 02 (July 08): Manali

    Arrive at Manali , leisure day in Manali on your own, chill out at hot spring waters in Vashishtha Village, hang out at various cafes in Old Manali, or just chill by a lonely stretch of the Beas river. Also your last minute shopping point for essentials.
  • DAY 03 (July 09): Manali to Jispa

    After breakfast leave for Jispa (5–6 hours drive via Rohtang Pass, where landscape changes from lush green Manali side to arid, rugged peaks of Lahaul & Chandra Valley). The afternoon is free to explore. Night rest at guest house in Jispa.
  • DAY 04 (July 10): Jispa to Leh

    Today is one of the longest days of this Manali to Leh Road trip holiday wherein we cross the high altitude passes of Baralachala & Lachangla, then the mighty Skyangchu thang (Biggest & highest plateau on earth on a stretch of 42 Kms). At Baralachala you will witness the serene Surajtaal that is also the source of the mighty himalayan river Bhaga. It meets with river Chadra that origins from Chandrataal in Spiti valley at Tandi(crossed a day before) from where this is called Chenab (also called Chandrbhaga locally). If you’re planning to take this journey in June you might witness the snow-covered Surajtaal. After crossing the mighty Tanglalng la we start descending towards the Indus Valley. We will check–in to the Guest House in Leh by late evening.

  • DAY 01 (July 08): Srinagar

    On arrival at Srinagar Airport you will be met by our representative & transferred to the Houseboat. Rest of the at leisure on own. Evening leave for Shikara ride for visit to Dal lake. Back to Houseboat. Overnight at Houseboat

  • DAY 02 (July 09): Kargil (204kms/6-7hrs)

    This morning after an early breakfast we will drive to Kargil which bears resemblance to a typical Central Asian town, passing Sonmarg & Zoji La and Drass – the second coldest inhabited place on earth after Siberia. Arrive at Kargil, check into hotel
  • DAY 03 (July 10): Kargil to Leh

    After an early breakfast , we will start our drive to Leh seeing the transformation as we traverse from one world to another, regionally as well as “religionally”, from primarily Muslim Kargil district to Buddhist Leh district . Drive to the 11th Century Lamayuru Monastery enroute visiting the mesmerizing Moon Landscapes (you will understand now the reason behind this region being referred to as “Moonland” – exactly similar formations of land are visible as on the moon), Lamayuru is spectacularly located along the valley plain and surrounded by mountains on all sides. Later drive to Leh for an overnight stay at your Hotel.
