I stayed at the Hotel Pillar House for two nights during my business trip. The hotel is conveniently located near the main market and barabazar Shillong. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of dishes. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely book it again. But when I reach Hotel in reciption (in check in point) no staffs are there,I called them then they immediately come.
