A warm welcome from Margaret on arrival with tips to find local free parking followed by Informal check in process which personally makes me feel at home straight away, rather than corporate check in desks. This was followed by an invite to join a few guests at the bar for a drink. Bar was very reasonably priced with a pool table available. Room was well decorated and equipped. Great location next to the beach and town centre. Cooked to order breakfast in morning with buffet continental, Margaret and team working hard, engaging with guests, topping up the continental and clearing tables regularly of used crockery. Would 100% book here again if in area again.
Amazing stay at the OYO guest house. Margaret, Owen and Natalia are incredibly nice and helpful. The house and the rooms are absolutely immaculate to a rare standard. We were on a road trip, planned just one night stay and ended up staying 3 nights as a base camp and could have stayed much longer! Breakfast was excellent with very large portions. I can only recommend this place highly, can’t fault anything. 6 stars deserved for the value for money as well. Book direct with them not via booking site to support the local businesses!
