Me & my son stayed at this hotel due to the location, and for how cheap it was, it was a lovely room. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about the rooms but Our room was lovely. We stayed in room 203 and we had no issues. It was like the photos, clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a telly for entertainment in the night. The guy on the front desk (I’m so sorry didn’t get your name) was so polite and helpful. Shops are 3 mins around the corner with loads of places to eat, the underground is on the same road as the shops and hype park is across the road. I could have definitely stayed more than one night here :) when we come back to London I’d most likely come back here. Thanks again! You really can’t moan for the price you are paying. 🤩
It actually was alright. I was a bit concerned with reviews but it wasn't half bad . Rooms were very clean and looked nice especially considering prices , the location is good and very close to underground. Guy at the reception was very welcoming and nice, had a good laugh with him . So all in all it was a pleasant stay . The only suggestion I would give - guys , if you are concerned about doors banging , please, spend £20 to buy rubber buffers for doors, so they would prevent it . It is quite weird and unpleasant when stuff is chasing you around the hotel and asking not to smash doors not in the most polite manner . The doors are closing very slowly on they're own and accelerate at the very end , what people don't really expect
