Ach ja .. Parkplatz 🤔 Ich habe draußen an der Straße einen Platz gefunden (am Waldrand war es aber sehr vermüllt) andere Gäste haben übrigens über den Preis von wohl 16 Euro für die Tiefgarage geklagt... Natürlich geht es teurer, aber ich habe auch schon Freiluftparkplätze für das Geld gehabt 🤷 Wenn man keine Wahl hat, kann das für den ein oder anderen Urlauber schon schmerzhaft sein. Sauna ist o.k , wenn sie auch schon gefühlt zwanzig Jahre auf dem Buckel hat und in der Dampfkabine kein Schlauch zum Sitzbank-abspülen ist... Kleiner Innenpool... Möglichkeit zum Rausgehen ist auch da .. Im Umkleidebereich der Männer waren von den ca. dreißig Schließfächern 18 kaputt 🙄🙈 Sportraum ist toll mit Geräten ausgestattet. Insgesamt macht das Hotel aber leider keinen erstklassigen Eindruck, schade für die Angestellten, die sich redlich um die Gäste bemühen.

First off: we stayed at the Seminaris Hotel for two nights during the week at the beginning of September 2026. At check-in, we were greeted warmly and given all the necessary information (breakfast times, free street parking, use of the underground parking garage and the spa area for an additional fee, check-out, etc.). The room may be a bit dated for a 4-star hotel, but it was clean and comfortably furnished. The breakfast buffet (we were there from about 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.) was perfectly adequate and not crowded – we simply cannot understand the negative reviews. Although it was a bit chilly in the morning, we had breakfast on the terrace and enjoyed the view of the water. From the hotel, you can walk about 1 km along the water to Pirschheide train station and from there easily reach Potsdam city center by tram. The day ticket (€6.30 per person) is highly recommended, allowing you to explore Potsdam and the surrounding area for 24 hours. For a price of approximately €200 for two nights including breakfast for two people in a quiet, idyllic location with free street parking and relatively good connections to Potsdam city center, you really can't complain! (Original) Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen bei Google, aber aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen hier sehe ich mich quasi gezwungen über unsere positive Erfahrung mit dem Hotel hier zu berichten! Eins vorweg: wir waren für 2 Nächte unter der Woche Anfang September 2026 im Seminaris Hotel zu Gast. Beim Checkin wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und alles Relevante aufgeklärt (Frühstückszeiten, kostenlos Parken an der Straße, Benutzung der Tiefgarage sowie des Spa Bereichs auf Wunsch gegen Aufpreis, Checkout etc.). Das Zimmer mag für ein 4 Sterne Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen sein, es war jedoch sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet (wir waren von ca. 7:30-8:30 Uhr da) war vollkommen ausreichend und nicht stark besucht - die negativen Bewertungen können wir hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Obwohl es morgens etwas frisch war, haben wir auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und den Blick aufs Wasser genossen. Vom Hotel aus kann man ca. 1km am Wasser entlang zum Bahnhof Pirschheide laufen und von dort aus bequem per Tram die Potsdamer Innenstadt erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist das Tagesticket (6,3€ pro Person), mit dem man 24h lang Potsdam und Umgebung erkunden kann. Für den Preis von ca. 200€ für 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück für 2 Personen in ruhiger, idyllischer Lage mit kostenlosem Parkplatz (an der Straße) und vergleichsweiser guter Anbindung an die Potsdamer Innenstadt kann man überhaupt nicht meckern!
