(Translated by Google) The hotel is a bit dated, and there are stains in the rooms that you wouldn't want to know what they are. Since we were coming from far away and I wasn't feeling well at the moment, we wanted to check in at 11:00 AM, which we had reserved in advance. We arrived at 11:15 AM, and after a lot of back and forth, we couldn't check in and had to entertain ourselves until 3:00 PM. Even then, we were told the room wasn't ready, and we had to wait again. When we finally got to the room, there was only one double bed (we were three people: two adults and a child). So, we had to go back downstairs to find out that a bed was missing. On the second evening, the child suddenly had severe stomach pains, and I went downstairs again to ask if it was possible for us to get some tea (the most expensive tea I've ever bought). At reception, someone told me to go to the bar, and they would give me one there. So, I went there and tried to explain to the man, who didn't speak German, what I wanted. He tried to sell us everything from various red teas to russet and green tea. After a long explanation, I finally had a 150ml cup of chamomile tea in my hand for €3.60 (what wouldn't you do for your child!), and I was able to go back to the room with the tea and toilet paper (room cleaning only happens upon explicit request). The hotel's location is great, not far from the subway station, and there were also places to eat nearby. We booked the stay with breakfast, which was quite good, with a good selection that changed daily. It was just a little difficult to figure out what was what. The parking (an underground garage) was okay and easy to access. What I didn't like so much was that the hotel doesn't accept any liability for the underground garage or valuables left in the rooms. I've never experienced a hotel explicitly stating that valuables must not be left in the room.

(Translated by Google) I stayed at the Seminaris Campus Hotel in Berlin and my overall impression is mixed but solid. For me, the price-performance ratio is mediocre – therefore, I'm giving it a maximum of 4 stars. Rooms & Amenities Positive: The rooms are pleasantly large, spacious, modern, and decorated in bright white. Visually, they immediately create a welcoming atmosphere. Negative (Technology): There is significant room for improvement here. The TVs are not smart TVs, have no smart features, and you can't connect your own streaming sticks or devices. Furthermore, there are hardly any power outlets in the room – there's only space by the bed, at least enough to charge a mobile phone. There are no outlets near the TV at all. Parking & E-Mobility Underground Parking: The hotel offers an underground parking garage with ample spaces for €14 per day. EV Charging: There are charging stations for electric vehicles (e.g., Tesla, etc.). However, at 68 cents per kWh, the electricity is relatively expensive. Tip: There are other charging options nearby that are significantly cheaper. Generally speaking, especially on weekends, you can often find much cheaper or even free parking in public parking lots on the surrounding streets. Service & Food The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. If you want to grab a coffee, that's no problem at all, and you'll be well taken care of. Breakfast is "quite okay" overall – nothing special or outstanding, but perfectly adequate to start the day. Conclusion: If you're looking for a bright, clean room and don't mind the outdated TV technology and the expensive charging prices, then this is the place for you.
