(Translated by Google) Excellent service and a fantastic, peaceful location! The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and tidy. The bathroom was also spotless – you really can't ask for more. I'd especially like to commend the staff: everyone was incredibly kind and friendly, and they immediately took care of everything we needed. You don't experience service like that everywhere! If you're looking for peace and quiet in the Westerwald region, this is the perfect place. Another plus: Morlock Motors is just a short walk from the hotel through the same forest. A truly wonderful area – we'll definitely be back! (Original) Top Service und eine tolle, ruhige Lage! Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas älter, aber dafür sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr sauber – mehr kann man eigentlich nicht verlangen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter: Alle waren superlieb, freundlich und haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert, was wir gebraucht haben. So einen Service erlebt man nicht überall! Wer Ruhe und Erholung im Westerwald sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Morlock Motors ist vom Hotel aus durch denselben Wald nicht weit entfernt und sogar zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine wirklich tolle Gegend – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

First, I asked if I could speak English with them because I don't trust my German all that much; it turns out the place is run by fellow countrymen. So, I was able to arrange everything in Dutch! The room I slept in was spacious and well-equipped with lighting and a balcony, which is not always the case. The bathroom is a bit old-fashioned, but it does what it's supposed to do. The breakfast was also good. (Original) Ik heb dit hotel redelijk last minute opgebeld met de vraag of ik er kom verblijven. Eerst vroeg ik of het Engels met ze kon spreken omdat ik niet zo heel erg op mijn Duits vertrouw, blijkt de toko te worden gerund door landgenoten. Dus, in het Nederlands alles kunnen regelen! De kamer waar ik in sliep was ruim en prima voorzien van verlichting en een balkon, dat is wel eens anders. De badkamer is wat oubollig, maar doet wat het moet doen. Het ontbijt was ook goed.
