Especially in winter, it is a great place to relax and unwind. During my stay, the hotel was quite full, yet there was never any rush or crowding in either the restaurant or the spa. The reception staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to address the guests' wishes and questions. However, the 40 cm radiators in the rooms, which operate at a high supply temperature, are undersized for temperatures of -7° C. Their strong suction effect attracts dust and fibers, which get stuck in the cover grille and accumulate in the radiator. The responsibility for checking and maintaining them seems to fall more on the maintenance staff than on the room attendants. The rooms were clean and well-prepared.
Staying at this hotel for work was fantastic. The location by the lake is perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. The reception team greeted me warmly, and the clean room was just what I needed after a long day. Breakfast options were impressive, and the coffee machine in my room made mornings so much better.
