It looked directly out onto the water and the lighthouse. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The rubber seals in the shower needed replacing, and a new shower head was also needed. There was some limescale buildup on the fixtures. Es war eine sehr nette Dame im Service ( leider den Namen vergessen) die uns sehr freundlich und emphatisch uns gegenüber war. Die Zimmer. Ich hatte das Zimmer 135 der Blick war fantastisch. Direkt zum Wasser und Leuchtturm. Sauber war das Zimmer . Das Bett bequem. Badezimmer hat eine gute Größe. Die Gummis von der Dusche müsste getauscht werden. Neuer Duschkopf wäre nötig. Einige verkalkungen waren an den Armaturen zusehen. Interessant war das Bullauge in der man in das Schlafzimmer schauen kann. Wer das nicht möchte, der kann die seitlichen Spiegel davor schieben. Leider achten einige Gäste nicht darauf mit dem Inventar gut umzugehen. Doch das verschieben der Nachttisch ist die Wand etwas beschädigt. Durch Abstandsleisten könnte das gelöst werden. Eine kleine Minibar und ein Safe ist vorhanden. Was auch super war ist der große Kleiderschrank , passt eine Menge rein. Kaffeeautomat ( Kapseln) und Teebeutel sind vorhanden. Gläser und Tassen ebenso. Ein großer TV. Ein kleiner Tisch mit Sessel ebenso. Was ich wirklich super fand waren die blickdichten Gardienen, hat man sonst kaum. Der Balkon ist groß mit Tisch und 2 Stühle. Wellness Grosses schönes Schwimmbad sowie ein kleines Schwimmbecken mit Rutsche für Kinder. Die Liegen sind sehr hübsch und bequem. Ich hatte eine Rückenmassage die eine Masseurin super gemacht hat. 2 Saunen. Ein Ruheraum separat und ein ganz freien Ruheraum. Dort kann man nach draußen, Liegen sind auch dort vorhanden. Ich hatte Halbpension und war mit dem Angebot der Speisen sehr zufrieden. Reichhaltig und liebevoll angerichtet. Es gab zum Frühstück jeden Tag Lachs. Auch Kaninchen stand auf dem Speiseplan ( auch nicht oft in Hotels) zu essen, für mich war es nichts ,das ist aber Ansichtssache. Eine kleine Auswahl an Gluteinfreie und Laktoseecke war vorhanden. Sowie auch etwas für Veganer. Mir wurden jeden Morgen Gluteinfreie Brötchen aufgebaucken, man sollte aber nachfragen da sie nicht am Buffet aufgestellt waren. Das Restaurant war sehr ansprechend mit Blick auf den Rheinsberger See und Leuchtturm. Schöner wäre gewesen wenn die Tische mit kleinen Sets oder Sevietten gedeckt wären. Hätte mehr Stil und würde zu einem 4 Sternehaus besser passen. Das Auge ist mit. Mein Fazit. Im großen und ganzen hat es mir sehr gut gefallen ich würde auch nochmal dort einchecken. Es sind wirklich nur wenige Maßnahmen die schnell erledigt werden können. Zum Schluss noch eins was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Man bekommt einen 5 Euro Gutschen wenn man darauf verzichten das Zimmer nicht jeden Tag reinigen zulassen. Nachhaltigkeit. Ich habe die 3 Tage darauf verzichtet das Zimmer reinigen zulassen. Es gibt eine große Bibliothek . Dort seht auch ein Billardtisch und ein TV. Ein Fitnessraum gibt es und eine Bar im Untergeschoss. Inder Empfangshalle gibt es Wasser mit Zitrone kostenlos.

Bei einem Problem (Zimmer nicht gereinigt) wurde an der Rezeption sofort reagiert. 🍽️ Frühstück ( inklusiv) & Abendessen (35 €) Buffet sehr reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ gut. Kein Getränk zum Abendessen inklusiv). Sonst sowohl morgens als auch abends ein klarer Pluspunkt des Aufenthalts. 🏊 Freizeit & Anlage Schwimmhalle täglich gern mehrfach genutzt – lange Öffnungszeiten von 7 bis 22 Uhr sind top. Schöne Liegen vorhanden. Kicker (1 €) und Tischtennis kostenlos verfügbar. Tischtennis - Raum lieblos gestaltet. Bootsverleih kostenpflichtig am Strand: freundlich, großzügig, viele Boote. Die gesamte Anlage inklusive Marina ist sehr schön gestaltet. 🌊 Strand & Seezugang Badestelle sehr flach und etwas moderig. Kein gepflegter Privatstrand. Steg ohne Ein- und Ausstieg zum See – für Schwimmer unpraktisch. 🚗 Parken Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenlos direkt vor der Schranke. 🍹 Gastronomie tagsüber Ein echtes Manko: tagsüber fehlt ein Restaurant, auch für den Außenbereich. Für Snacks, Kaffee oder kleine Gerichte muss man das Resort verlassen. 🛏️ Zimmer Standardzimmer mit Aufbettung (Campingliege) und Balkon zur See- und Hafenseite gehabt. Wundervoller Ausblick, ruhige Lage, keinerlei Geräusche aus Nachbarzimmern. Ausstattung solide, aber: statt Duschbad nur Haarshampoo. Größtes Problem: Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gesaugt und nicht gewischt.😤 Reinigung musste ausdrücklich eingefordert werden. Es gibt ein unbewältigtes 🐜- Problem im Zimmer. 🏞️ Umgebung & Ausflüge Rheinsberg fußläufig erreichbar.
