I did not like the lack of maintenance in the room (old part of the hotel in the corridor of room 404), dirt on the bathroom walls, mold, odor in the bathroom, there was no electric shower, air conditioning with an extremely dirty filter with a lot of dust, old sheets .The hotel cannot offer the minimum conditions of comfort and cleanliness. I stayed in room 404 and I noticed that the receptionist put me in the oldest facilities of the hotel, be aware of those rooms that are close to this room 404 (oldest part of the hotel). Soon after I went to the reception and asked to change the room and there were several rooms in the new area (renovated) available and even so I was not placed when I arrived, only after I requested it (I don't know what criteria they use). Assim que cheguei às 16h o recepcionista pediu que aguardasse, pois estavam limpando o quarto e em menos de 5h dentro do quarto não consegui suportar a poeira no ar condicionado e cheiro ruim do quarto. Fiquei no quarto 404 e observei que o recepcionista me colocou nas instalações mais antigas do hotel, fiquem atentos a esses quartos que ficam próximos a esse quarto 404 ( parte mais antiga do hotel). Logo em seguida fui até a recepção e solicitei a troca do quarto e haviam vários quartos da área nova ( reformada) disponíveis e ainda assim não fui colocada quando cheguei, só depois que solicitei ( não sei qual critério que utilizam ). Os quartos mostrados no booking são da área nova e reformada do hotel. Deveriam desativar essa parte velha já que não possuem interesse em realizar a manutenção.
