It was not good. First time booking in booking.com and I will not use this app again..The staff are accommodating.There was no breakfast included or stated upon booking. The location is not accurate. Picture of the hotel shown in the map and website is not as the same as the actual. beds and facilities in the room is a lie. it is stated that the ff: are included, hair dryer, bath towel, refrigerator half working and has a bad smell, tv and remote are not working. We waited hours for the maintenance to come because air-conditioning in the master bed room was not working (heater instead of cooler).
