I've always been coming back to stay here whenever I visit Dumaguete. The rooms are affordable and clean. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. the location is very good as it is within access to everything within the city.

Rooms are relatively clean. Bathroom floors slope away from the drainage though. Poor engineering. WiFi is fast
