Very cute building not far from the baywalk, big rooms, but in a sorry state of disrepair: - no fridge or kettle - the shared water dispenser provides water that is barely warm, maybe 60C, unsuitable for tea - we had to improvise to make the shower stay on the wall - bathroom door hangs on a single hinge - there are no mirrors, even in the bathroom - sink has almost corroded
