i am really disappointed from oyo room service. i have booked one room after convinced by oyo customer care. he told me you can check in into the room in two hours after sanitizing the room. but when i reached the hotels. hotel person told me you have to wait another two hours more and i have no second option for me. rooms was very unhygienic and ac was not working. and hotel owner told me i have no rooms available right now. you have to wait and when any room will empty. i will check in you. i am really fed up with customer care person. i have called almost 4 time on customer care. but everyone hold on me more than 30 mints and i have nit found any solution from anyone.
