Had booked a room through Oyo and upon reaching the property I was denied the room. I called up to customer care to seek help, they wanted to solve the issue talking to the property manager but he did not answer the call. When I said at least refund my account so that I could probably find another hotel nearby, they just said without talking to the property manager they can’t confirm and ask me to call after 12:00 p.m. so at 7:00 a.m. in the morning, I was left without a room, without any resolution and without my money.
