It was once a great place but there is severe lack of maintenance to this property. The exhaust has a bird's nest and doesn't work naturally. The AC even in full blast ( 16) feels like 28. The geyser doesn't work. The tv set top box doesn't work ( changed it though) . Allowing outsiders in the pool(other than hotel guests) makes the experience bitter. Full of chapri(sorry for lack of better word) crowd in the pool area who have vandalised the men's changing area and it perennially smells of ammonia. But the only pro is that food and service of staff is good though room service was not provided to us. Also mind you they are not couple friendly. Do provide alcohol.
