Recently, I have been to Puri with my friends. We thought of booking the hotel before reaching there just to avoid the last minute rush.After booking we were relaxed. When we reached there with our luggage’s and asked the receptionist about our booking. He told us that now we are not serving through Oyo, we showed him that screenshot of our booking but still he refused. Now, my question is that if that particular hotel is not serving through Oyo then why it is still listed in the app and allowing the visitors to even book. We were young boys so we just looked for another hotel nearby but I saw one family, they came from Ranchi and they were helpless due to this hotel. And even that receptionist told that rooms are fully occupied. Such a shame on this, I hope this should be improved ASAP.
