Been enjoying stays at ranchotel for the past years but yesterday (January 25) was the worst ..I was left alone by ranchotel staff to.contact OYO with their pitty ISSUES. Very poor CUSTOMER RELATIONS... Imagine only the cashier/ housekeeping staff will talk to you and decide.
