Great hospitality
My experience at the hotel in Chennai was dreadful.The rooms were filthy,with stains on the sheets and an overpowering smell of mold.The bathroom was in dire need of cleaning , with grime buildup and broken fixture .The staff were incredibly unhelpful , showing no concern for guest satisfaction.The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming.I would strongly advice against staying at this establishment;it complete disappointment and not worth the money.
