I've visited this hotel three or four times, and overall, it has been a satisfactory experience. The receptionists were consistently good and helpful during my stays. However, on a couple of occasions, they requested additional cash despite full payment through the OYO App, which was a bit inconvenient. The rooms were generally good, but I was disappointed that water wasn't provided. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. However, one notable drawback was the open bathroom window without any glass or cover, which could compromise privacy and security. In summary, it's a decent stay, particularly suitable for couples. Improved transparency on extra charges and addressing the bathroom window issue would enhance the overall experience.
