The positives: Service & Flexibility: The receptionist was very friendly and answered all our questions competently. Since we spontaneously brought along a small additional guest for one night, this wasn't a problem at all – a bed was made up for us very quickly. Breakfast: The breakfast selection is very good; there really is something for everyone. The service staff in the breakfast area were also extremely friendly and attentive. Leisure: Renting SUPs and canoes went absolutely smoothly. What could be improved (points of criticism): Daytime dining: If you spend the whole day at the resort, the lunch and coffee options are unfortunately very limited. For example, there was no coffee and cake buffet. We also found the prices very expensive for what was offered. Noise level at breakfast: Since the hotel was fully booked over Pentecost, there were a lot of people in the restaurant at the same time. As a result, the noise level was unfortunately quite high. Outdoor pool: Although it was very warm this weekend, the outdoor pool wasn't filled with water until Friday evening. Consequently, the water never reached 15°C (59°F) all weekend and was far too cold for swimming. Beach area: The beach area directly on Lake Schwielowsee unfortunately didn't appear to be very well-maintained. Check-out: This was unfortunately the most negative aspect of our stay. We had to wait between 30 and 45 minutes. Some of the staff didn't speak German, which made communication very difficult. Online check-out would be a real improvement in the future. Conclusion: A lovely hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. If the check-out process, pool preparation, and daytime dining options are improved, we would gladly return! Das Resort ist sehr groß und wirklich toll direkt am See gelegen. ​Das Positive: ​Service & Flexibilität: Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hat all unsere Fragen kompetent beantwortet. Da wir spontan für eine Nacht einen kleinen zusätzlichen Gast mitbrachten, war das gar kein Problem – es wurde superschnell noch ein Bett für uns bezogen. ​Frühstück: Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr gut, es ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch das Servicepersonal im Frühstücksbereich war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. ​Freizeit: Das Ausleihen von SUPs und Kanus verlief absolut reibungslos. ​Was man verbessern könnte (Kritikpunkte): ​Gastronomie tagsüber: Wenn man sich den ganzen Tag im Resort aufhält, ist das Angebot am Mittag oder zum Kaffee leider sehr überschaubar. Es gab beispielsweise kein Kaffee- und Kuchenbuffet. Zudem fanden wir die Preise für das, was geboten wurde, sehr teuer. ​Lautstärke beim Frühstück: Da das Hotel über Pfingsten ausgebucht war, waren sehr viele Menschen gleichzeitig im Restaurant. Dadurch war die Lautstärke leider ziemlich hoch. ​Außenpool: Obwohl es an diesem Wochenende sehr warm war, wurde der Außenpool erst am Freitagabend mit Wasser befüllt. Das hatte zur Folge, dass das Wasser das gesamte Wochenende über keine 15 °C erreichte und viel zu kalt zum Baden war. ​Strandbereich: Das Strandstück direkt am Schwielowsee wirkte leider nicht besonders gepflegt. ​Check-out: Das war leider der negativste Punkt unseres Aufenthalts. Wir mussten zwischen 30 und 45 Minuten warten. Das Personal sprach teilweise kein Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr erschwert hat. Hier wäre ein Online-Check-out in Zukunft eine echte Erleichterung. ​Fazit: Ein schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit sehr bemühten Mitarbeitern. Wenn an den Abläufen beim Check-out, der Pool-Vorbereitung und dem gastronomischen Angebot tagsüber gearbeitet wird, kommen wir gerne wieder!
