Schöner Park für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Haus neu eingerichtet und schöner als vorher. Sauberkeit ist an manchen Stellen nicht gegeben. Müllsäcke waren keine vorhanden bei Ankunft. Ebenso fehlt ein Duschvorhang. Heizung im Bad ist etwas unglücklich platziert an der Wand neben der Dusche. Ansonsten alles gut und schön am Haus. Abendessen war gut und die Auswahl riesig. Getränke stehen auch zur Auswahl. Im Saal war es nur etwas zu heiß. Wir kommen wieder für einen weiteren Kurzaufenthalt. Nachtrag 14.7.2026: Wir sind aktuell hier bei der Neueröffnung von Mo bis Fr. Schwimmbad nicht geöffnet. Man bekommt Freikarten für Freibad im nächsten Dorf. Internet ist sehr schlecht. Fernsehen funktioniert momentan nicht. Man kann in die Haupthalle, Billard spielen (Auch andere Automaten), Bowling spielen, auf den Spielplatz etc. Abendessen findet auch statt. War von der Qualität sehr gut. Service ebenso sehr gut. Ansonsten ist alles wie vorher. Manche Häuser sind renoviert. Manche nicht. Es wird noch gearbeitet und renoviert. Preis war unschlagbar. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt und wenn man Aktivitäten außerhalb des Parks plant durchaus zu empfehlen.
Ferienpark Hambachtal ligt in een mooie omgeving om te wandelen en te mountainbiken. Het park heeft nieuwe eigenaren die bezig zijn het park weer op te knappen. Eerst de huisjes waar schilders bezig waren, later nog het zwembad dat nu dicht was etc. Daarom was de prijs die wij betaalden ook laag. Als alternatief voor het zwembad konden wij gebruik maken van het zwembad in Birkenfeld. Op het park kan je midgetgolven en bowlen. Daarnaast kunnen de kinderen klimmen en trampo springen bij Activity Park. Met een kwartier ben je bij de Erbeskopf met klimpark en rodelbaan. Wij hadden een fijne vakantie.
