Séjour décevant malgré un accueil irréprochable Je n’ai pas réservé via mon compte Accor car un prestataire externe proposait un tarif plus avantageux. Cependant, habituée à séjourner dans des hôtels Mercure, j’ai choisi cette chaîne en toute confiance, notamment pour la qualité de service, généralement supérieure à celle d’autres établissements. Malheureusement, mon séjour a été entaché par une expérience très désagréable lors du petit-déjeuner. La personne en charge ce matin-là s’est montrée particulièrement peu aimable. Je comprends que nous ne soyons pas en France et que le français ne soit pas parlé, mais ne faire aucun effort pour communiquer au minimum en anglais dans un hôtel d’une chaîne internationale est regrettable. De plus, elle s’est adressée à moi en allemand sur un ton inadapté, alors que je ne comprends pas cette langue. L’échange a été franchement désagréable. C’est d’autant plus dommage que le personnel à l’accueil était, quant à lui, exemplaire : professionnel, chaleureux et très agréable. À mon arrivée, j’avais même trouvé l’établissement très qualitatif. La gentillesse de l’accueil permet presque d’oublier le côté un peu vieillissant de l’hôtel. Malheureusement, l’attitude du personnel au petit-déjeuner a profondément marqué mon expérience. Cette impression négative restera associée à ce séjour et me fait hésiter à renouveler l’expérience, alors même que j’ai toujours été satisfaite des autres établissements de la chaîne.
Waren zwar nur eine Nacht aber soweit war alle in Ordnung und sauber. Frühstück war lecker und es gab eine gute Auswahl
