We had two ironing boards in the room, one in the closet and one next to it—what for??? The acoustics in the breakfast room were terrible; you couldn't even have a proper conversation! Breakfast was from 6 to 10 a.m., but the tables were being reset shortly before 9 a.m., and I felt like I was no longer welcome! While I was still drinking my coffee, my dishes were already being cleared away! Absolutely unacceptable! Every guest touched the bread, which you had to cut yourself. I put a napkin on it for them to handle, which should have been the staff's job! Some of the staff were friendly enough, but others couldn't even manage a greeting! We would have liked to eat there, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed, there was no menu, and we didn't know if it was even open! Hotelzimmer waren gut, Sauberkeit könnte besser sein! Hatten zwei Bügelbretter im Zimmer,eins im Schrank eins daneben, wofür??? Die Akustik im Frühstücksraum war krass,man konnte sich nicht mal richtig unterhalten! Frühstück war von 6-10 Uhr,um kurz vor neun wurden die Tische neu eingedeckt,ich hatte das Gefühl nicht mehr erwünscht zu sein! Während ich noch Kaffee getrunken habe, wurde mein Geschirr schon entfernt!Geht gar nicht!Das Brot,das man selbst schneiden musste,hat jeder Gast angefasst,ich habe eine Serviette zum Anfassen drauf gelegt,was eigentlich Aufgabe des Personals wäre! Die Freundlichkeit mancher Mitarbeiter war okay aber andere konnten teilweise noch nicht einmal grüßen! Wir hätten gerne auch dort gegessen,als wir angekommen sind war das Restaurant geschlossen es gab keine Speisekarte,man wusste nicht ob das Restaurant geöffnet hat!Fazit: Hotel okay, traumhafter Ausblick, für vier Sterne hätte ich mehr erwartet!

You can only book them through the hotel. 🌷🙏 (Original) Das schönste Hotel in Bielefeld mit grandiosen Ausblick über Bielefeld.Die Betten soo bequem und alles soo sauber.Nur Essen im Hotel ist etwas teuer, aber es gibt Kühlschranke in den Zimmern.Wir haben selber eingekauft und einmal dort gegessen.Achso..die Kissen sind vom feinsten..man hat nicht das Gefühl, das man umzingelt wird😊 das Hotel liegt total ruhig mitten im Wald.Wir sind total begeistert.Waren da bei der Hitzewelle und das Geld war jeden Cent wert.Ich würde gerne 100 Sterne geben.Geht leider nicht.Tipp, es gibt auch Suiten,,riesig und gar nicht teuer.Kann man nur im Hotel buchen.🌷🙏
