Bei einem Problem (Zimmer nicht gereinigt) wurde an der Rezeption sofort reagiert. 🍽️ Frühstück ( inklusiv) & Abendessen (35 €) Buffet sehr reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und qualitativ gut. Kein Getränk zum Abendessen inklusiv). Sonst sowohl morgens als auch abends ein klarer Pluspunkt des Aufenthalts. 🏊 Freizeit & Anlage Schwimmhalle täglich gern mehrfach genutzt – lange Öffnungszeiten von 7 bis 22 Uhr sind top. Schöne Liegen vorhanden. Kicker (1 €) und Tischtennis kostenlos verfügbar. Tischtennis - Raum lieblos gestaltet. Bootsverleih kostenpflichtig am Strand: freundlich, großzügig, viele Boote. Die gesamte Anlage inklusive Marina ist sehr schön gestaltet. 🌊 Strand & Seezugang Badestelle sehr flach und etwas moderig. Kein gepflegter Privatstrand. Steg ohne Ein- und Ausstieg zum See – für Schwimmer unpraktisch. 🚗 Parken Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenlos direkt vor der Schranke. 🍹 Gastronomie tagsüber Ein echtes Manko: tagsüber fehlt ein Restaurant, auch für den Außenbereich. Für Snacks, Kaffee oder kleine Gerichte muss man das Resort verlassen. 🛏️ Zimmer Standardzimmer mit Aufbettung (Campingliege) und Balkon zur See- und Hafenseite gehabt. Wundervoller Ausblick, ruhige Lage, keinerlei Geräusche aus Nachbarzimmern. Ausstattung solide, aber: statt Duschbad nur Haarshampoo. Größtes Problem: Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht gesaugt und nicht gewischt.😤 Reinigung musste ausdrücklich eingefordert werden. Es gibt ein unbewältigtes 🐜- Problem im Zimmer. 🏞️ Umgebung & Ausflüge Rheinsberg fußläufig erreichbar. Highlights dort: EiZ – sehr leckeres Eis mit 365 kreativen Kombinationsmöglichkriten und frische Fischbrötchen an der nächsten Ecke. Fahrt mit einem Fahrgastschiff Auf dem Weg: Einkauf im Hofladen von frischem Gartengemüse und Honig. ⭐ Gesamtbewertung Ein schönes Resort mit toller Lage, freundlichem Personal, gutem Essen und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. I imagine it will be even noisier during peak season, as more guests will be vacationing at the hotel and in the surrounding buildings at the same time. Also, there were unfortunately tea and coffee remnants from the previous guest on the spoons in the tea and sugar bowls. 🫣 And at night, the wind made the balcony partitions (canvases) very noisy. Closing the windows was the only way to sleep. And at night, the wind made the noise quite loud. (Original) Ich war hier für eine Klausurtagung und habe drei Tage im Hotel verbringen können. Die Zimmer sind seher geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Aufgrund der Tagung hatten wir viel Verpflegung und mussten nicht Hungern. Vom Grillabend bis hin zum Buffetabendessen war alles super lecker und reichlich vorhanden. Der Service war in allen Bereichen sehr angenehm und sehr gut. Ein weiteres Kissen wurde nur kurze Zeit später aufs Zimmer gebracht. Warum ich keine 5 Sterne vergeben kann: Wir waren jetzt außerhalb der Ferienzeit da und ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof (161) super Aussicht, aber man hat jedes Gespräch mitbekommen, von den anderen Balkonen. Ich denke in den Ferienzeiten wird es noch lauter sein, da mehr Gäste im Hotel und den umliegenden Häusern gleichzeitig Urlaub machen werden. Ebenso waren auf den Löffeln in den Tee und Zucker Aufbewahrung leider Tee und Kaffereste vom Vorgänger. 🫣 Und nächtliche Geräusche waren durch die Balkonabtrennung (Planen) durch den Wind auch sehr laut. Fenster zu und man konnte schlafen. Leider hatte ich zeitlich keine Zeit das Schwimmbad zu besuchen, aber es wurde von den anderen Gästen sehr gut besucht. Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und super lecker. Es fehlt an nichts. Personal super freundlich und alle bemüht dem Gast einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Rundum ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplätze stehen genügend zur Verfügung, wer Glück hat findet einen der kostenlosen. Ansonsten gibt es auch Kostenpflichtige vom Hotel. Obwohl diese nicht wirklich näher am Hotel sind.
