We spent three nights at the hotel over New Year's Eve. First of all, the New Year's celebration was truly fantastic. Everything was very well organized, the reception, the buffet was amazing, and the music was great. A big thank you to all the staff. It was a successful evening. The nights before, the food (buffet) was simply wonderful as well. The service staff had a lot to do. Sometimes there were a few longer waits for drinks. The same happened in the afternoon. The staff gave their all. Perhaps for such occasions, it would be good to have one more staff member available if possible. Unfortunately, the staffing levels are thin everywhere. But we were very satisfied, keep up the good work.
Especially in winter, it is a great place to relax and unwind. During my stay, the hotel was quite full, yet there was never any rush or crowding in either the restaurant or the spa. The reception staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to address the guests' wishes and questions. However, the 40 cm radiators in the rooms, which operate at a high supply temperature, are undersized for temperatures of -7° C. Their strong suction effect attracts dust and fibers, which get stuck in the cover grille and accumulate in the radiator. The responsibility for checking and maintaining them seems to fall more on the maintenance staff than on the room attendants. The rooms were clean and well-prepared.
