We stayed at the end of November 2025 for a weekend getaway. Located right by the lake, the atmosphere is wonderful, making you feel at home immediately. The staff is friendly and attentive in every area, and the rooms are modern, clean, and very cozy. The food (we had half board) exceeded our expectations completely. There is a wide selection, and there is something for everyone. It was simply a delight in terms of taste. In the nightclub, we had the chance to enjoy cocktails and dance. In the afternoons, we were able to savor mulled wine and cookies on the large terrace. We also really enjoyed the wellness area. It was perfect for taking a break and relaxing. We even booked our next stay while we were still there because we were so impressed. The castle in Rheinsberg is also worth a visit. We can only recommend it.
Everything was quite nice, but there were some minor signs of wear here and there, though nothing serious. At breakfast, everyone can find something to eat, and you won't leave hungry, although maneuvering between the tables can be a bit annoying. It's also great that you can park for free right outside the hotel on the street. However, the website promised a bit more regarding the internet and the wellness area. The pool was very well maintained and everything was clean, including the sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, there was only a steam sauna and a regular sauna. It looked more impressive on the website, but everything was clean and well-kept there too. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would love to be guests at the hotel again.
