I stayed at Kaiserhof Feldberg from 18th to 19th May with my wife. Overall, I had a very good experience and would rate it 4.5 out of 5. The hotel had Indian staff, and among them, one person spoke good German and was able to communicate well. The rest of the staff spoke English. All the staff members were very friendly and supportive, which made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was okay, around 3.5 out of 5 stars. It was decent but could have had more variety. Room service and cleanliness were very good, around 4 to 5 stars. The rooms were well maintained and clean. WiFi was a bit inconsistent, sometimes working well and sometimes slow. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay. There is also a Greek restaurant nearby which was excellent — I would rate it 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay again.
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kaiserhof Feldberg by Belvilla Resorts. The hotel is in a beautiful location with peaceful surroundings, clean and comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, making my stay enjoyable from check-in to check-out. A special thanks to Jay, who is by far the best receptionist I have ever met. He is incredibly professional, welcoming, kind, and always ready to assist with a smile. His excellent communication, positive attitude, and genuine care for every guest made me feel valued throughout my stay. Jay went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his outstanding customer service truly deserves recognition. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope the management appreciates his dedication. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return. Thank you, Jay, for making my stay so memorable!
