Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt tolle Aktivitäten rund um den Bernsteinsee. Das Bogenschießen hat viel Spaß gemacht. Man wird hier wirklich familiär aufgenommen. Es fühlt sich richtig heimisch an. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Um 22 Uhr war es im Hotel wunderbar ruhig. Selbst als am Samstag eine Feier stattfand, konnte man nicht viel hören. Genau das haben wir gebraucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Zimmer und Betten waren gut und ausreichend für ein entspanntes Wochenende. Man konnte das Frühstück dazubuchen. So eine große Auswahl haben wir noch nie gesehen. Allerdings wäre es schön, wenn mehr Obst und Gemüse angeboten werden. Ein Dankeschön an den Koch für die super leckeren Rühreier. Endlich mal gut gewürzte Rühreier. Der Imbiss auf der Terrasse ist sehr lecker und die Currywurst ist einfach fantastisch. Die Pizza war richtig knusprig. Lecker! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen gebucht. Offenbar sind diese jedoch eher gefälscht oder aus Gefälligkeit geschrieben. Tatsächlich war das Zimmer geschmacklos und emotionslos, ohne jeglichen Wohlfühlfaktor. Der Zimmerservice sollte alle zwei Tage stattfinden, aber in Wirklichkeit gab es nur einmal in der ganzen Woche eine Reinigung. Das Essen im Restaurant war geschmacklich gut, jedoch waren die Portionen winzig und zu hohen Preisen. Und das Frühstück, das mit 19 Euro berechnet wird, war leider ebenso emotionslos wie die Zimmer. Für 19 Euro kann man die gesamte Frühstücksauswahl bewerten, mehr ist es nicht. Ein einfaches Frühstück mit billiger Wurst, vermutlich aus dem nahegelegenen Norma. Und schließlich gibt es die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksbereich, die durch den ganzen Raum ruft, um die Zimmernummern zu erfassen. Wer darauf steht, kann das gerne haben, ich jedoch nicht.
