Hotel is located at good area, but under developement and a few constructions going on, not noisey but will be greate soon once they are done. Our room had little pool and very species, clean inside but pool need more attentions as there was full of leaves and unfortunately no attentions from staff despite we remind them, somebody came to clean leaves but left pump door open and didnt finish completly. Breakfast was not bad , not very special but included room price, so I give them credit. The cons was staff ws able to speak and underestand english , not very attending to your needs and the guy was on the phone constantly and hanging out with his friends at night and make noises. They need proper training for customer service and hospitality speacially Tulum is growing and is going to effect this business.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and extremely helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt fresh and hygienic. The location is excellent, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and essential places. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was calm and pleasant.
