location of hotel is good as it on main road. but problem with the property is maintenance. i feel there is no maintenance of property at all. first at the time of check in| i was asked to pay rs 300- extra as hotel person told me that this hotel is not allowing any guest with booking amount of less than rs 1500-| i had booked this hotel for rs 1174- through make my trip so i had paid rs 300- extra. the room| i was allotted| was terrible with no hygiene and cleanliness. the walls were moist| toilet was dirty| ac was not working| after my complaining| i was allotted second room after 3 hours which was also not upto mark but better than first one. i had planned for stay at this hotel for 3 days but looking at condition i checked out after 1 day.
