We arrived at the hotel late at night after a whirlwind day filled with travel, a hike, and a bit of last-minute Christmas shopping (I know, quite the mix!). Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the most wonderful staff. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our booked room was not working, but before we even stepped inside, they offered us an upgrade to their suite, which is the largest and finest room in the hotel. The property manager was there to help us, and her kindness truly made our day! Little did she know that my partner and I were dealing with some personal stress and mourning the loss of my dad, so this gesture was incredibly uplifting for us. We felt like royalty! Plus, we finally got the relaxation we desperately needed. The view from our room was breathtaking, the comfort level was outstanding, and the space was so generous. In the morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast from their buffet and had a great time swimming in the pool. I would absolutely love to return and explore the surrounding area. Right in front of the hotel, there are several restaurants and cafes that exude a charming European atmosphere. I can’t wait for our next visit! A huge thank you to all the staff at Heavea; we will definitely be back! 🫶

My daughter and I recently had a lovely stay at Hevea Hotel, and it was a delightful experience, especially for the price! I booked a Double Deluxe Room for only 1,887 pesos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and tidy the room was. The amenities were fantastic for the cost — a pool, free Wi-Fi, toiletries, a working desk and chair, plus hot and cold showers. They even provided coffee and bottled water. There are a couple of areas for improvement, though. During check-in, there was a surge of guests, and they could have been better prepared with room availability. We ended up waiting around 30 to 45 minutes. Thankfully, there was complimentary iced tea in the lobby to enjoy while we waited. Also, while the room was large, the air conditioning struggled a bit to cool it down. Still, the hotel’s affordability does not take away from its quality, making it an excellent option for travelers looking for comfort on a budget. I wholeheartedly recommend Hevea Hotel and will certainly be back!
