The staff here are fantastic! While the room had a bit of an odor initially, it cleared up nicely once the AC was on for a while. They provide an electric kettle along with two complimentary bottles of drinking water (500ml each). The bathroom and toilet are clean and well-maintained, and they offer shampoo and shower gel, with hot water always available. The WiFi could be stronger on the 5th floor, but overall, it’s a great place. If breakfast were priced at a maximum of 100, it would be perfect. You can order food any time of day or night, and the staff will cook it fresh for you upon request. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but it’s not too far from the central area. Terminal 21 Rama3 is within a 10 to 15-minute walk if you’re a regular walker. It’s a quiet and peaceful place to stay. There are several restaurants open almost around the clock nearby, as well as two gas stations—one with laundry service and another with a 7-Eleven. Overall, a great experience!

Running a hotel is quite a challenge and can be costly. Considering you're paying well below the lower end of the price spectrum for a room here, it's best to be a considerate guest and manage your expectations. It's very possible that the images you've seen may not fully represent what you'll receive, but that's a common practice among budget hotels, so just roll with it. You'll find a comfortable bed, a nice shower, effective air conditioning, a great price, and very friendly, attentive staff. Everyone is doing their utmost, and the hotel serves its purpose well. You’ll get two bottles of water daily, a kettle, and cups, but no coffee or tea provided. Only shampoo and body wash are available. Each double room comes with two bath towels. The area isn’t particularly vibrant, but you might encounter some noise from traffic and other guests. There are about 4-6 decent dining options nearby, and convenience and grocery stores are just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away.
