Hotel is very near of Kharadi Bypass. Due to mine office work I stay in Kalpataru for almost 2 week. My observation after 2 week stay at hotel 1. Their rooms are very hygienic due to daily cleaning without you ask for that and they made arrangements acc to your need. 2. Their Telephone service is very impressive Once I has call at Mid night around 12.45 AM they they responce politely and help at that time with kettle and Baily water bottles for my needs.I would like to mention Mr.Ajmal who is very polite and friendly who give service beyond his duty hours. 3.Internal Facilities: Lights are very good, Instant shower is available with Shower gel ,Handwash and Soap with Coffee glass Kettle and bottles and ambience is very luxurious. 4. Lift is bit of slow and wifi works best at all time. TV is working fine and 1.5 ton Ac is also quite good. 5. Piyusha madam gives you very warm and smiley welcome when you enter. She is very professional and delightful person who understand the etiquette and how to give best in class service. 5. Rest property is best and if you are loyal customer then you will enjoy extra benefits. Rest of staff service is appreciated. I would strongly recommend this hotel to couple ,family and businessman. ❤❤
