I had paid oyo against booking of airconditioner room but I was given non AC substandard room.owner said he did not posses ac room. The room offered will cost less than 300 rupees. Please refund me remaining money . Very poor quality service by oyo. In the past, same thing was also observed at Deoghar. Please refrain from misguiding the customer. AJAYA KUMAR ACHARYA
