While the room itself was quite satisfactory, the check-in process left much to be desired. Initially, I was promised a room, only to be informed an hour later that I would need to relocate to another room. Despite my reluctance, the staff member insisted on the change, which left me feeling frustrated and confused. Moreover, during the check-in process, the staff continuously emphasized the discrepancy between the room's quality and its low price, which came off as unprofessional and left a sour taste. Additionally, the staff discouraged online payment, raising concerns about transparency and reliability. I had an amazing experience during check-in, it was quick and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and helpful, although there were a few instances where their response could have been quicker. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Overall, a fantastic stay.
