worst experience, i will recommend everyone not to use oyo soecially when you are out of state with some special work, my first experience aditya place in gwalior, 8th may 2022, i have an exam next day i reached there from himachal, and i booked a hotel showing 500 approx for a room,and i paid instantly, the hotel owner give wrong address on gps i wasted my 300 rupees in auto and cab, with alot of difficulty and tensions i reached there after 2.5hr, by walking km-km in streets. the hotel owner said to pay 500 extra to him again for the same room which was without cooler and ac, only fan...i said i have already paid on oyo he said i dnt know i need money it was 10 pm, i was 1000 km far from my home...he didnt cooperate at the end i had to leave hotel..and had to leave hungry at that night.there were other students who came to gwalior for exam he did the same with them, some of them give money some of them leave.who is responsible for this...when we call you always busy...if we want to do chat with oyo there is no such option that hotel owner is doing fraud my whole money around 800, (auto to search place and the money i paid to oyo for booking) wasted with mental torture.... i want:- 1st:- take strict action against him 2nd:- return my money back because i didnt stay there.
