The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the lobby to the rooms. The check-in experience was top-notch, with friendly staff and a smooth process. The food served was absolutely delicious, a true gastronomic delight. A 5-star experience in every aspect!

Checkin experience was smooth and efficient, deserving of 4 stars. However, cleanliness was disappointing, only deserving of 2 stars. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not exceptional, hence 3 stars.
