Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Checkin experience was efficient and only a minor delay. The staff was exceptional, always ready to help with a smile. Amenities were great, though a few upgrades would make it perfect. Overall, a great hotel experience worth the 5-star rating!
I must say, the hotel staff was quite welcoming and friendly. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. However, I was not impressed with the food quality. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
