The room was clean and also the staffs were good. But they charge more than what’s displayed on the app. While we booked the app displayed that we have to pay 2800 for 2N 2 guests. But when we reached they demanded us to pay 3200. Everything else was fine.

The check-in experience at this hotel deserves a solid 5-star rating. The staff was efficient and welcoming, making the process a breeze. The cleanliness of the hotel also deserves a perfect score of 5 stars. The staff, although very helpful, could have been a bit more attentive, hence the 4-star rating. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
